We are John and Violeta Irias, a hard-working Hispanic/American family, with deep roots to both countries. Our broad range of work experiences include, growing crops and citrus, cattle ranching, managing retail, construction, and swimming pool businesses. This has prepared us for our lifelong dream of starting a coffee roasting business.

I was born in New Orleans and raised in Honduras, Violeta was born and raised in Honduras. Our children and grandchildren are our inspiration and greatest joy. Running our own businesses over the years has enabled us to develop an extended family of customers and friends.

I learned to appreciate the taste of high-quality coffee at an early age while chewing on freshly roasted beans. Over the years I experimented with many types of coffees to refine my palate and develop a deep appreciation for world class coffee.

After serving honorably in the US Navy, we returned to Honduras to begin a farming business where we networked with other farmers including coffee bean growers. Leveraging these long-established relationships enabled us to locate and obtain extremely high-quality coffee beans. Additionally, we are also sourcing the highest-grade beans from other regions of the world.
